Two Boilers

Giga X3 is a dual boiler machine. In general, water used for milk steaming has to be hotter than the water used for coffee brewing. In dual boiler machines while one boiler heats the water for coffee brewing the other boiler heats the water for milk steaming and since these two proccesses require different temperatures such machines are faster as both boilers work simultaneously as opposed to the single boiler ones which have to wait between steaming and brewing sessions.

Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P)

Thanks to sophisticated pulse extraction process the Jura Giga X3 forces water at short, precisely measured intervals through the ground coffee and, as a result, extracts a maximum of aroma. It is a result of series of intensive tests, constant variation of parameters and countless blind tests by both coffee experts and coffee drinkers.
