Screen

Nikon Z50 has a 3.2" Tilting screen with 1,040k dot resolution and Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T99 has a 3.0" Fixed screen with 230k dot resolution. Nikon Z50 has BSI-CMOS sensor, short for Backside Illuminated Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor sensor.
