        • Analog Pre-Outs: Marantz NR1608 has 2.2 and Marantz NR1605 has 2.1 preamplifier outputs which allow you to connect the receivers to the external power amplifiers. You may want to use a high quality external amplifier for certain channels, usually for front L/R and center, and use the receiver to power the rest.
