    Nikon D3X was announced in 2009 and is a Full Frame (35.9 x 24.0 mm) DSLR camera with 24.5 Megapixel CMOS sensor. Its native ISO ranges from 100 to 1,600 and expands to 50 - 6,400 in boosted mode. The camera has a Fixed 3.0" screen with 920k dot resolution and built-in Optical (pentaprism) viewfinder.

    Photography Features

    Camera is equipped with EXPEED processor and can take pictures up to 6048 x 4032 resolution. It can also take pictures with lower resolutions like 5056 x 4032, 4544 x 3024, 3968 x 2640, 3792 x 3024, 3024 x 2016, 2976 x 1976, 2528 x 2016, 1984 x 132 with 3:2, 5:4 aspect ratios.


    Lens Mount

    Nikon D3X has Nikon F lens mount. Due to Full Frame sensor its crop factor (also called lens multiplier) is 1x. This means that a 35mm equivalent focal length of the mounted lens will be equal to its actual focal length.
